What I learned about being healthy is eating fruit every day and eating vegetables every day. How to keep healthy is that you need to exercise, eat the right food. How to also keep healthy is drink water but not fizzy drinks or juices. All fruits and waters are good for your body, but fizz is not good because it has sugar and it can make you fat. And what you eat is fruit and vegetables, but eat takeaways as a treat once a week because it is fatness food.
