Yesterday at school my class has been preforming a dance. In our class room there are year 4's,year 5's and year 6's. The year 4's year 5's have been learning a Samoan sa'sa. They have created some of there own moves. The Sa'sa group has been proud of there selfs for getting this dance done. They have also been trying there best to get this dance finished. Down here is some photo's of the Sa'Sa.
The year six girls have been learning a dance with Ti Rakau sticks. It has took days to get this dance finished for the girls. They have tried there best to finished this dance. The girls feel really impress for getting there dance finished. Down here there are some pictures of the girls dancing with there ti Rakau sticks. For the girls there is a leader. The boys are standing at the back of the girls well they do there dance.
The year 6 boys have been learning a super haka. This haka is for the people that died in the 2011 earthquake. The boys have been trying there best to get this haka done. The super haka is a Maori haka. The haka that the boys done was pretty loud. The boys feel good for getting this haka completed. I also felt good for getting the haka finished. So down here there some very good photo's of the boys haka.
I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 9 and in 2021 I will be a year 10. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. I really enjoyed reading about your performance Aisa. I didn't realise that the haka was for the people who died in the earthquake, that's very special. I like the way that you posted your photos after each paragraph in this report. Keep up the great work.
